Absolutely no mechanical polishing or buffing was done to achieve this finish, only electropolishing. This would have taken many hours to polish mechanically by hand. Electropolishing treatment time was 15-20 minutes!

Uh Oh! Someone used carbon steel threaded nipples instead of stainless. We will recommend the customer have the part repaired with a the correct stainless nipple and, (the part size being within reason) we will re-electropolish free of charge.
